The college women development cell is headed by Prof. Fatima Parveen and the members are Prof. Rumy Dar, Dr. Nagina Kousser, Prof. Rizwana Kousser and Mis.Sugra Jabeen. The cell is very active and takes the initiatives for gender empowerment and other women related issues. In this regard different events such as seminars, workshops, debates, expert talks on different aspects etc. are organized for the benefits of the women. The cell also seeks the safety and security as well as the welfare measures for the girls and the female staff.

The cell convenes the meetings and sets the schedule for the events and accordingly takes the action on the same. The annual gender report is prepared and shared with the students, staff and IQAC. It is also uploaded on the website in addition to the events/activities concluded by the cell.
