NSS Unit GDC Thannamandi: Serving Society, Shaping Leaders, Building the Nation.

The National Service Scheme (NSS) Unit of Govt. Degree College Thannamandi, led by Programme Officer Prof. Supriya Gupta and guided by Principal Dr. Farooq Ahmed, is dedicated to instilling the values of selfless service, discipline, and social responsibility among students. Upholding its motto "Not Me, But You", the Unit organizes impactful activities such as community outreach programs, environmental and health awareness campaigns, cleanliness drives, plantation initiatives, and special rural development camps. By engaging in these activities, our volunteers not only contribute to the upliftment of society but also develop leadership, empathy, and teamwork—preparing themselves to be responsible citizens and change-makers.
